Half-arse Raptor skin

If you are wondering why its called a Half-arse its a term I discovered on deviantart made by Tomozaurus [link] on his instructions on how to draw accurate Dromeosaurs [link] . For that reason it is called a half-arse and the Primal Carnage team decided to place the integuments this way, they still look neat though. In future there will likely be a fully feathered version or it will be made by mods
